The K R Baseball Academy is a baseball learning experience like no other. Ken Ryan, former major league pitcher with the Boston Red Sox and Philadelphia Phillies, is co-owner of the Academy as well as an instructor.
The Academy was established with the goal of providing each athlete with a superior learning experience using a unique teaching program. Our program combines an experienced staff with a structured teaching agenda that challenges students while encouraging them to have fun and ENJOY THE GAME OF BASEBALL. Classes are held in our first class indoor teaching facility. Class sizes are maintained at a level to ensure a ratio of no more than eight (8) students per instructor. Our ultimate goal is for each student to reach his or her full potential while learning in a fun, professional and structured environment.
One of the most important factors that set the K R Baseball Academy apart from some other baseball schools is that Ken has personally developed each class agenda. He is also actively involved in teaching many of the classes that we offer. During every academy class session, for example, each student participates in specific skill building activities dealing with the fundamentals of the game. In addition, each student receives hitting instruction and batting cage time at every academy class session. We also instruct students on the "strategy of baseball" through our teaching drills. We also offer classes that focus solely on pitching or hitting.
The result is an enjoyable and rewarding experience that will encourage our young players to achieve their ultimate goals.
